He held managerial position in Bakrie Life, John Hancock Financial, Allianz Life Indonesia and Director/Senior Consultant in Institute for Leadership & Life Management. Andri took his undergraduate studies in the field of Management at Andalas University and holds a Magister Management degree from Padjadjaran University majoring in Human Resource Management.
