CAPM COURSE DESCRIPTION

Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) credential is the most important industry- recognized certification for project managers sponsored by PMI and is based upon the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide. Globally recognized and demanded, the PMP demonstrates that you have the experience, education and competency to successfully lead and direct projects.
These five days course takes participants through the phases of a project using the PMI process groups and integration framework. It is suitable for anyone who requires a working knowledge of the PMI’s approach to Project Management. This highly interactive course will provide individuals with coaching and practice questions in order to prepare themselves for the specific requirements of the PMP Exam or just to gaining the knowledge’s and skills of Project Management processes and terminology.

PRE-REQUISITES
The participants must have a basic knowledge of Project Management concepts.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The course is designed for participants who have a working knowledge of Project Management and who are working in a project environment. It has been developed to address the needs of Project Managers.
To apply for the PMP certification, you need to have either:
- A four-year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.
- A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing
projects and 35 hours of project management education.
Before taking PMP Examination, you need to meet PMP Eligibility Requirement includes both of Project Management Experience and Education, and follow the PMI certification process until you are eligible for sitting on the PMP Exam.
