Hani Subagio,SH.,KN.,MM. Lulusan dari sarjana ilmu hukum universitas gadjah mada (UGM), dan master spesialis notariat UGM serta master manajemen Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Yogyakarta. Di samping pendidikan formal tersebut, Beliau juga mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan/kursus. Sampai sekarang Beliau Dosen di Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Yogyakarta. Di UPN Yogyakarta, Beliau sebagai staf ahli rektor bidang hukum, lalu Beliau terlibat di kantor pengacara dan kantor Notaris serta Beliau juga seorang direktur di kantor konsultan hukum. Di Kampus, Beliau mengajar beberapa mata kuliah diantaranya hukum perburuhan, aspek hukum dalam bisnis, hukum bisnis, hukum lingkungan dan kewarganegaraan.
