ABSTRACK

Untuk menjamin keakurasian dan kehandalan, maka diperlukan peralatan instrument yang berkualitas. Maka peralatan instrument tersebut setidaknya tiap tahun sekali dilakukan kalibrasi untuk mengetahui keakurasian peralatan tersebut. Sedangkan untuk mengontrol suatu proses, dibutuhkan informasi mengenai kuantitas dan kualitas ciri-ciri fisik proses itu. Instrumen-instrumen ukur dipakai untuk mendapatkan informasi ini. Kontrol yang lebih ketat membutuhkan pengukuran yang lebih akurat. Pelatihan ini akan mengupas kalibrasi beberapa peralatan instrument yang ada dalam industry meliputi : Temperatur Switch, Level Transmitter, Pressure Transmitter, Temperatur Indicator, Control Valve, dan Thermo Sensor.

  • Calibration Procedures
    • Calibration of Control valves
      • Introduction to Control valves : Definitions,  Gauge and absolutes, Manometer, Pneumatic or mechanical, Pressure sensor & transmitter, Electrical pressure sensor & transmitter, Pressure engineering units
      • Calibration of Control valves : Simulation of signals, .Overhaul / Service
      • Sizing
    • Calibration of Level
      • Introduction to Level : Definitions
      • Calibration of Level : Simulation of signals, Gas analysis, Measurement applications
    • Calibration of Pressure Instruments
      • Introduction to Pressure Measurements : Simulation of signals
      • Calibration of Pressure Instruments : Simulation of signals
    • Calibration of Temperature & Analytical Instruments
      • Introduction to Temperature & Analytical Measurements : Simulation of signals
