DESCRIPTION

Effective Operation Management merupakan skill dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan oleh para supervisor dan staf eksekutif untuk mengembangkan strategi, inisiatif, dan program untuk mewujudkan operational excellence di perusahaan. Kompetensi yang dimaksudkan adalah operations knowledge, planning, control, problem solving dan communication. Melalui pelatihan ini para peserta akan dilatih dan dikembangkan kemampuan manajemen operasinya yang menyangkut operation management decision, facilities management, project management, quality management, supply chain management, outsourcing, dan supply chain integration. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini diharapkan para peserta mampu mewujudkan operational excellence di bidang tugasnya masing-masing.



OPERATION MANAGEMENT COURSE OUTLINE

  1. Operation management decision (cost, quality, time, flexibility, and capacity)
  2. Production management (innovation, R&D, methods of production, cost of production, breakeven analysis, process control, production planning and scheduling
  3. Facilities management: facilities planning and automations
  4. Project management: project selection and initiation, planning, financing, scheduling and resource allocation, risk, communication, control, evaluation, and termination
  5. Quality management: TQM, CMM, Six Sigma, ISO 9000, and Kaizen
  6. Supply chain management, outsourcing, and supply cahin integration
