Recently, the number of cyber attacks is increasing rapidly, causing more damage to the companies and other institutional bodies. Not only the frequency of the cyber attacks is increasing, but also the severity of the attacks. WannaCry and Equifax are just two of the incidents which proven that today, we have to consider this question, “Have we put our cyber security in the top priority?”

As the world is coming to the digitalization era, cyber security and cyber governance become more important than ever. It is essential to gain deeper insights on these matters as the stakes are high.

Therefore, we, together with PINDAD, and TÜV SÜD Indonesia, will hold Indonesia International Cyber Security Summit 2017, to bring all cyber security practitioners who focus on defensive tactics as opposed to offensive-minded approaches to attackers and prevent intrusions.
