Liquefied gasses umumnya diproduksi, disimpan, dan ditransportasikan sebagai pressurized liquids pada temperature ambient, atau sebagai refrigerant pada tekanan atmosfer. Bila pressurized atau refrigerated, liquefied gas bersifat higly volatile materials dan bocor ke atmosfer, maka menciptakan significant safety hazards. Pada berbagai situasi, hazards ini mungkin menyebar ke luar batas safety akan membahayakan publik. Pada berbagai situasi, hazards ini mungkin menyebar ke luar batas safety akan membahayakan publik. Oleh karena itu, operator pada fasilitas liquefied gas dan system transportasi harus betul-betul sadar akan safety facility yang ada. Training ini mengekplorasi berbagai metode untuk peningkatan relative safety dari fasilitas liquefied gas facility, tanki penyimpanan, dan system transportasi. Metode ini termasuk release prevention, release detection dan post-release mitigation.
