PENDAHULUAN TRAINING DIESEL ENGINE :

Salah satu penggerak mula dari kelompok mesin pembakaran dalam atau motor bakar torak yang menggunakan beberapa silinder yang di dalamnya terdapat torak yang bergerak translasi (bolak-balik) dan di dalam silinder terjadi pembakaran antara bahan bakar dengan oksigen dari udara yaitu Mesin Disel.

Yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pengguna mesin disel antara lain pebandingan kompresi, sistem bahan bakar, penyemprotan bahan bakar, pompa bahan bakar, proses pembakaran dan bahan bakar, ruang bakar, dan konstruksi umum mesin disel, serta perawatannya.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi operation and maintenance of diesel engine.

1.    Engine Reviews.

• Engine classifications & working principles (two strikes & four strikes) diesel engine measurement (capacity efficiency, torque, speed and power), engine components and function engine system.

2.    Combustion System.

• Internal combustion system

3.    Trouble Shooting and Maintenance Diesel Engine.

• Engine performance curves and controls system, inspection, tuning & used of Engine analyser, adjustment inspection, maintenance and repair, troubleshooting analysis.

4.    Power Transmission

• Coupling, gear train, V-Belt, and chain.

5.    Safety Precautions.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Maridjo,Ir. M.Sc.

Ir. Maridjo,MT.is alumnus from Mechanical Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He has been lecturer at PEDC and now as lecturer at mechanical engineering Polytechnique ITB (POLBAN). Ir. Maridjo has taught many topics related to his expertise to many companies in Indonesia, such as predictive and preventive maintenance, lubrication system, diesel machine, pump, gas turbine, piping and pipeline, compressor, boiler, conveyor system and many others. Many participants from companies have been trained and collaborated with him such as Chevron, Semen Gresik, semen Baturaja, Pertamina, Pusri, GGPC, employee of Qatar and lybia oil and gas company, UP IV Balongan pertamina, PT. Indocement, some PLTA, some hotels, PT.Pupuk Kujang, PT.Bio Farma, BPPT, PT. Bintang Agung, some other oil and gas companies in Indonesia and etc. Ir.Maridjo has been researching and publishing the results on his core competencies on academics standing.
