ABSTRACK

Walaupun perusahaan memiliki strategi yang  baik, belum tentu menjamin keberhasilan tanpa eksekusi yang baik. Dibutuhkan sebuah fungsi yang dapat melakukan fungsi control (controlling function) yang baik pula. Sementara itu, teknik dan aplikasi control (controlling aplication) tidak sama untuk semua functional area, karena bersifat unik.
