COURSE DESCRIPTION TRAINING PROJECT MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALS
This comprehensive course provides a solid understanding of project management. Participants will be introduced to the project management life cycle and key project management concepts of constraints, stakeholders, scope, risk, and communication. You will learn the foundation, tools and techniques to manage each phase of project life cycle, how to initiate, plan and execute project that meets project objectives and customer needs.
Aligned with the Project Management Institute’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) latest edition, this course provides a step-by-step to planning, executing and monitoring & controlling a project and combine with best practices and case study
During class, project management theory will be combined with practical, best practices and case study workshops. Only thirty percent of class time is used to learn about methodologies, tools & techniques, and put practical skills into context. The remaining class time will be dedicated to experience-based skills development.
