DESCRIPTION
Storage tank cleaning is part of the refinery routine and can be immense task for the team and supervisors to tackle. Sometimes outside agencies can be utilized and this is extremely expensive. Oil companies are utilizing their resources to manage some of the tasks involved and some have full time teams. This operation requires detailed planning and organizing with full operating cleaning teams. The hazardous involved and the health, safety and environment issues need to be fully understood by team Supervisors.
